CoGrow GmbH is the publisher of the book Shift to Flow by Randolf Speigner and the provider of the practice offers, retreats and book sales on this website.

Privacy

We process personal data only as far as needed to run this website and to handle your enquiries, bookings and orders. The data controller is CoGrow GmbH (contact as above). We follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of access in order to deliver the site securely. We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server — no data is sent to Google.

Forms and orders

• Sample chapter and newsletter: processed with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Book orders on invoice: the order form is processed by Netlify Forms. We use your name, email and address only to ship the book and send the invoice.
• Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). We do not see or store your card details.
• Retreat bookings: handled by Humanitix; their privacy policy applies to the booking.
• Email: if you write to us, we use your message only to answer it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to randolf@cogrow.space. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Book orders and right of withdrawal

The paperback costs €29.99 per copy, including VAT and shipping. Orders on invoice are payable by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the book.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU): you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the book. To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example by email) to CoGrow GmbH, Brückenstrasse 22, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, randolf@cogrow.space. We will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, once the book has been returned. You bear the direct cost of returning the book.

For practice offers and retreats, the cancellation terms shown at booking apply (retreats: refunds up to 30 days before arrival).
