Is this you?

You sense the next framework won't fix it.

Sounds familiar?

  • You're always on — and can't switch off, not even on holiday.
  • Your organisation runs one transformation after another. Little actually changes.
  • Under pressure, the old pattern wins — in you and around you.
  • You've read the books and done the trainings. It didn't last.

What Shift to Flow offers

  • A map: why real change starts in the nervous system.
  • 25 practices to train it, one step at a time.
  • People to practise with — because the nervous system changes in relationship.
  • A path from your own regulation to coherence in your team and organisation.

The Book

The problem runs deeper than the method.

Shift to Flow is for anyone who senses that the world is changing faster than our systems can handle — and that the answer lies deeper than the next framework, method or technology. It is written for professionals in any role, and specifically for leaders, change agents, coaches, consultants, facilitators and entrepreneurs who are ready to do the real work and move beyond transformation theatre.

Digital technology is evolving exponentially. Human culture, leadership and collective sensemaking are not keeping pace. The gap between the two is what Randolf Speigner calls the Regeneration Gap — and closing it does not begin with another framework, reorganisation or process rollout. It begins where natural change actually takes place: in the nervous system.

Drawing on applied neuroscience, trauma integration, Agile, Integral Theory, developmental psychology and Social High Tech, the book maps a practical path from individual nervous system regulation to organisational coherence — and from organisational coherence to a more sovereign, life-serving society.

A single person staying present with overwhelm rather than dissociating is a regenerative moment. Two people meeting across a conflict rather than repeating it is a regenerative moment. An organisation where these moments happen thousands of times a day is a living organism. That is what organisational flow actually means.

“We cannot speak of transformation in a human system if we have not worked with the depths of the nervous system.”

Shift to Flow

“We cannot imagine a social system led by collective intelligence … We cannot imagine — until we experience it.”

What you'll learn

A practical guide for pioneers who are ready.

  1. Trauma-informed changeHow unresolved trauma — collective and individual — shapes culture, decisions and leadership behaviour, and why integration rather than suppression is the engine of real transformation.
  2. The mechanism of scaling cultureWhy co-regulation between nervous systems is the mechanism behind every genuine culture change.
  3. The regenerative momentThe atomic unit of integration — as a repeatable practice in yourself, your team and your organisation.
  4. Pioneer cohortsHow to build deliberately developmental communities that make transformation self-sustaining.
  5. Embodied change that holdsMoving from transformation theatre to change that holds — through 25 practices woven through the book.
  6. The organisational icebergStructural blockages above the waterline, nervous system blockages beneath, and the polarity trap at the root.

Key concepts

A new language for transformation.

The Regeneration Gap

Digital technology evolves exponentially; human culture does not. The gap between the two is now the primary risk to organisations and societies.

The Nervous System Gym

Organisations are not machines to be optimised — they are places where self-regulation, co-regulation, honest dialogue and collective intelligence can be trained together.

Islands of Coherence

Small, living prototypes of a future-fit culture inside existing organisations — where the emerging future shows up first.

Social High Tech

The most direct path to digital sovereignty and AI mastery: cultural evolution that lets organisations master digital high tech rather than be mastered by it.

Written to be practised

The book doesn't end on the last page.

Every chapter ends with a Practice Time — 25 practices that build on one another: noticing when you are thinking, coming back to the body, the breath and the ground, and widening your awareness to the people around you, your community and the land you live on.

Think of the book as your personal trainer. But the nervous system changes in relationship — so the training is meant to continue with others.

“An athlete who trains alone all the time will not be as conditioned as one who is part of a training community.”

Questions people ask first.

Do I need to read the book before I join?

No. In the Book & Practice Circle you read it together, one practice at a time. Coaching and retreats work with the practices directly.

Is this therapy?

No — it is practice. It does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. If you are in an acute crisis, please talk to your doctor or therapist first, and to us before you book.

Online or in person?

Both. Circles, the Practice Community and the Boards meet online. Coaching is online or in person, and the retreats take place at Silberbrunn in the Austrian Alps.

What does it cost?

The Book & Practice Circle is €195, the Practice Community €75 a month. For coaching, mentoring and the longer formats, start with a free 30-minute call — we'll find the right way in and talk about the cost there.

Is the book available in German?

The book is published in English. The website and many conversations are also available in German.
